Small Group Personal Training
No big classes here. With the SGT program, each person does their own customized workout in a group of no more than 8 people. You are not doing the same workout as anyone else, and they are not doing the same workout as you. Everyone goes at their own pace but keeps each other motivated and accountable to keep you moving forward. It’s personal training, except with a group of your best friends.
Semi-Private Training
An even more effective way to reach your goals. Customized workouts in a small semi-private setting of 2-4 people. You get more attention, more accountability, and achieve your goals faster.
Nutrition Coaching
What you eat does matter, but it can be so overwhelming. We take the confusion out of diet and nutrition by working together to find the best eating plan for your body, goals, and schedule. The best part… we build it around your natural eating style. Life is hard enough as it is; your food shouldn’t have to be.
